After meeting face to face we are more knowledgeable with regard to their specialisms, giving us the confidence to respond to your requirements with the right match. You will receive detailed summaries of candidates written by the director who interviewed them. New candidates are recommended to us every week.

Targeted… during an advertising campaign we will identify the appropriate media, including web based, to suit your vacancy. Advertised in your name or ours we will deal exclusively with the response, interview appropriate respondents and prepare a shortlist to present to you. We back this up with search activities, using our own resources and social media.

Knowledgeable… our market knowledge and understanding of the sector enables us to take a detailed brief, gaining a full understanding of your business requirements and culture. During executive search we identify and target individuals in the sector that we consider to be high achievers in their field and bring you a shortlist of suitable candidates.

Speedy… a fast response – for times when you may need an interim manager immediately, or a consultant quickly, with expertise for a specific piece of work. We have interims and consultants available for short and long term contracts, many of whom have worked with us for a number of years.
